Measures for implementation of strategic objectives of Derzhkomzem’s activity have been approved

At today’s meeting Collegium Members of Derzhkomzem approved measures for implementation of strategic objectives of its activity for 2010. This year Derzhkomzem’s activity will be mainly directed at deepening the land reform, forming a real proprietor/owner of land and property, developing free entrepreneurship, establishing conditions for profitable economic activity of agricultural enterprises, improving standard of living of rural population and ensuring food safety in Ukraine.   

In line with the main priorities strategic objectives of activity of the Committee for the current year have been identified, namely:

establishment of a system where the state guarantees a land ownership right;

planning of lands usage and land development (preparation of basic measures of territorial lands planning, improvement of land development system, completion of development of the state program of use and protection of lands, continuation of development of normative-technical documentation, standards, norms and rules in the sphere of land development and lands protection);

economy of land usage (activation of works on ensuring land value increase, beginning of establishment of a system of economic stimulation of lands rational usage and protection, activation of works on establishment of investment-attractive land use, continuation of works on lands evaluation, development of the land market infrastructure);

institutional provision of land relations development (elaboration of the State target program of land relations development in Ukraine till 2020, continuation of the land law improvement).
